Dinesh Rawlley is the Executive Chef of Sachins Restaurant, Forth Bank, Newcastle. Though he sold Sachins in order to spend time with his family, Dinesh was persuaded to stay on as Executive Chef to carry on inspiring the authentic Punjabi dishes which have delighted diners in the North East for 25 years.
