The menu offers a variety of dishes from many regions of India, chosen with great care to show off the wonderful cooking styles of India, with a special emphasis on fish and game, dishes like Lobster Jalfrazee, Battak Khazana (duck breast in Masala sauce) and Machi Masala Dopiaza (cod marinated with ginger and cooked with onion in a bhuna style sauce). A choice of twenty three house specials and a wide variety of old favourites to choose from, seasonal changing special menus and an excellent choice of wines all adds up to the finest Indian dining experience.
