A bit of chic in the less discovered northern part of Cumbria, The Weary in unspoilt Castle Carrock may look like a country pub from the outside but it's very nicely chic - even a touch of footballers' wives inside.We're talking TV in the bathrooms, chic, cool interiors but masses of comfort and AA-rosette good food. What could be nicer.
